DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Untreated/sanded floors:

  • Ensure that the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, wax, oil, lacquer, grease, polish and soap residues.
  • The final sanding before application should be carried out with 120-150 grit sandpaper.
  • Mix sanding dust into the filler until a thick but spreadable paste is obtained.
  • It is recommended to use sanding dust from a single or multi rotary-sanding machine. Dust from a belt sander is not suitable.
  • Spread the paste using a stainless steel spatula.
  • When dry, sand with 150-180 grit sandpaper.
  • Note that low temperatures, high relative humidity and poor room ventilation can significantly increase drying time, as will gaps larger than 2 mm.
  • Vacuum thoroughly and proceed with oil or lacquer application.
