PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Junckers recycled 2-strip solid hardwood floors are based on the principle of giving old wooden floors new life instead of sending the product to incineration when a building is renovated or demolished.
By agreement, a wooden floor can be returned to our factory in Køge, where the floorboards are sorted and reprocessed. At the factory, the floorboards are conditioned, re-profiled, sanded and surface treated. They are then packed and redelivered to their new surroundings.
The reworked floorboards can be installed using Junckers Clip, Glue Down and Batten system.
A Junckers 2-strip solid hardwood floor is characterised by each floorboard is assembled from two rows of staves by a glued double dovetail construction. Each floorboard is tongued and grooved on all four sides.

SURFACE TREATMENT
Factory lacquered

Priming: Several coats of UV-light curing primer.
Top finish: Two-component polyurethane lacquer, silk matt or ultra matt.
